Every class we offer is for ALL fitness levels. Our instructors are trained to give you levels and options, whether you're an athlete or it's your Day 1. Find a group fitness class, schedule an individual training session, or meet with our registered dietitian for a nutritional consultation.

Les Mills BodyPump™

The original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body. Scientifically proven to be the fastest way to lose body fat, you’ll use low weights and high repetitions to burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean muscle mass. May be offered in 30, 45, 60 minute session.

From flat roads to hills to fast paced interval training and cadence drills you'll escape from your day in the FUN and energetic class! Cycle shoes optional. Cardio & Core

This class is a combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) a training technique in which you give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and can burn more fat in less time. Core training and exercises are added in to strengthen your abdominal and posterior chain; allowing for a strong foundation. May be offered in 30-45 minute sessions. Bring some water, yoga mat and sweat towel!

Strong 45™

STRONG by Zumba® also has options to suit your specific goals. Beginners recommended to start with the first 30 minutes and can build up to 45 minutes. The original STRONG by Zumba® class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones.

STRONG 45™ packs a challenging total-body workout into 45 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule. You'll want to bring water, a sweat towel and yoga like mat to class. What are you waiting for?! Let’s go and get STRONG TOGETHER!

PoundFit™ is a combination cardio and strength training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Colorful, light-weight (1/4 lb) drumsticks called ripstix add an element of fun to Pound class while they help exercisers count out the length of time they hold certain positions! A great way to have fun and release some stress! Please bring your own yoga mat/towel

Yoga or Urban Core & Stretch

A class designed to help realign and strengthen your core. Enjoy a combination of stretching moves from Yoga and Pilates exercises and everything in-between. Paired with music to take you to a place of relaxation and renewal. Core and balance will also be challenged during this class. Aromatherapy may be used during class sessions - not currently with COVID precautions. Sessions range from 30-45 minutes. Please bring your own yoga mat/towel.

Barre™ is a total body workout! In this modified Barre class you will be using a chair or studio bike. Optional 3-5# weight
Barre strengthens your core, total body and improves balance! Bring a yoga mat/towel. Offered in a quick 30 minutes virtually or in-studio.
