Our mission

Inspiring powerful group fitness to ignite your potential.

At Studio 317 Fitness & Cycling, we strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life.  That's why we have created such a wide array of different workout options for you. From a Cycling class at dawn to BodyPump after the sun goes down, we give you all the choices you could possibly want or need to make a change. Whether you are an athlete in training or it's your day 1, we can help you be the best version of YOU.

 

Our motto is to IMAGINE. INSPIRE. IGNITE. If you can imagine It, you can achieve it.

Jacque

Co-Owner and Instructor 

Classes: BodyPump, HIIT, Cycling, Athletic Step, Core, Urban Stretch, and One on One Training. 

 

Her inspiration: I hope to be the person that someone somewhere looks at and says, "because of her, I didn’t give up". 

 

Favorite body part to work: Legs! I actually really love squats and lunges, which is probably why I am an instructor 😂  

Guilty Pleasure: Beer! I Love local craft beer and we have tons of it to choose from. I had a brewer once tell me that beer was a good workout recovery drink, so there’s that. 

 

Current Jam: This is really hard to pick just one but right now I am loving the new album from Imagine Dragons, and I'm a really big fan of most top 40 and anything with a good beat.

Shannon, RDN

Co-Owner and Instructor 

Classes: Indoor Cycling, BodyPump, HIIT, Urban Stretch

Shannon Grove, co-owner of Studio 317 Fitness & Cycling, is a Registered Dietitian & Group Fitness Leader in Greenwood Indiana.  Her passion for health & wellness started young as a long distance runner struggling with weight and body image acceptance. 

 

Favorite body part to work: CORE! Hate it & love it! Definitely the weakest part of my body so I enjoy the challenge to get it stronger every class!

Guilty Pleasure: CHOCOLATE! I reason with myself to go with darker chocolate for the anti-oxidants. LOL

 

Current Jam: I have to pick one?! I love most genres so this is HARD! My current favorite shirt says: Music Raised Me, Fitness Saved Me.

Favorite class & body part to work: BodyPump! It’s a toss up between Squats and Back for my fav track ☺️


Guilty Pleasure: Pizza and beer, although it may be more than a guilty pleasure if it happens at least three times a week...🍻🍕

Ron

Instructor 

Ron has been a part of Studio 317 Fitness & Cycling since our doors opened. He has been an indoor cycling instructor since 2013. Ron enjoys challenging his classes with a good workout and the occasional music trivia question. For his personal workouts, Ron likes to swim and run. He is a full-time realtor and the proud father of daughter Laura.

Favorite class AND body part? BodyPump (It really is) and legs, sometimes biceps!
