Kids Bootcamp / Summer Classes- This class will improve your child's endurance, coordination and overall fitness level, while they have fun and meet new friends. Your child will develop self-esteem, confidence and a love for living a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition activity often included in sessions.  Available during summer months.  30-45 minute sessions.

HIIT - high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. May be offered in 30-45 minute sessions.

Yoga & Urban Stretch-A relaxing class designed to realign and enjoy a combination of stretching moves from Yoga and Pilates exercises and everything in-between. Paired with chart toping hits to take you to a place of relaxation and renewal. Aromatherapy may be used during class sessions.  Sessions range from 30-45 minutes.

CARDIO/CORE- Target and challenge yourself in this dynamic total body workout. Explore basic moves like jumping jacks, squats, push-ups, mountain climbers & more in this HIIT style workout - also focused on toning your core!  May be offered in 30 minute session.

Zumba™ – Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Cycle – This high-energy cardiovascular workout uses various performance levels and speeds to get you fit.  From flat roads to hills to fast paced interval training and cadence drills you'll escape from your day in the FUN and energetic class!  Cycle shoes optional.  May be offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions.
